T'is the Season!

Hello!

Yay!  Finally it sure does look a real Winter here this morning.... we woke up to a thin banket of snow.  Yes a very thin blanket but I will not complain!

Who does not need some Christmas cards?  I see that a Santa is needed for this challenge, Here Comes Santa over at the Little Red Wagon....  I know I have some Santa stamps!!!  I went to my stamp binder and found this awesome and handsome Santa!  So here is my card!

Don't you think this stamp of Santa is beautiful!  Look at how his beard is all swirled up!  Beautiful artwork!

Spiritful!

Hello!

If you are here for the Scrapbook Generation Sketch Lovers Blog Hop, click here.

Ahhh, it is REALLY nice to be scrapping again!!!!!  I have decided to attack my Daily December 2011 mini album and it is my goal to finish this project before Christmas day!  I started this project last year.  I have arranged the pages in the album.  There are many pages that needed pictures.  On Friday night, I went through my photo file and chose the pictures to be printed.  Yesterday I had the pictures printed at the Walmart.  Last night I was thrilled to be able to start working on my album pages again!  I completed four pages!  YAY!!!!!

For this post, I will share one page.  I was looking for a sketch to play with.  I have decided to go for this card sketch....  The page is 6x6 so sometimes it is easy to use a card sketch.  My page is really simple.  As for the page, I already did the colour background patterned paper last year.  So I surfed through looking for matching colour challenge.  What a luck... I found this colour challenge and it worked perfectly with my already set up background page.  So I worked from there....

This was the day that we decorated the tree together as a family.  We always take pictures of before, during and after pictures of the tree.  The girls got all excited and they decided to pose for the camera like this!  Love their spirits!

I am liking this page very much but I do feel something is missing..... I will leave the page alone for a few days.... and see if I could come up with something else to add on so it will be fullfilling!~

Scrapbook Generation Blog Hop for December! - GOOD TIMES!

Welcome to the SG Blog Hop for December, if this is your first stop, you might like to start at the Scrapbook Generation blog and then hop through each link.

Here at home, we do not have any snow or any Christmas decorations up... so I have not been influenced by the Winter season or Christmas!  We will celebrate our daughter's birthday in few days first, then I will start focus on working on my Christmas spirits!  So I will show one of my Summer layouts!  Here is my double page layout about our ATV tour holiday last August. I just love this sketch from the Scrapbook Generation.  I got the sketch from Sketch Fusion Meets Simple Stories (p. 33) No layouts are completed without embellishments!  Here is my double page layout...

You can find the SG sketches in their books and as downloads in the SG store, and there is a free one every month in case you wanted to try it out.

Next on the hop is Janelle, leave a comment on each blog and one lucky commenter will receive a free sketch bundle of their choice from the store. The winner will be draw on December 9th, so you have one week to leave a comment.
