Happy Birthday -> Clean & Simple Stamping FTL222

Another card made yesterday!  I went to this Clean & Simple Stamping blog.  There was this sketch #FTL 222.

PUNCHES:  Fiskars butterfly punch,  Fiskars scalloped border punch, Fiskar tag punch, EK Success scalloped circle punch
DIE CUT EMBELLISHMENTS: Cricut - Straight from the Nest (flourish), George and Basic Shapes (inside)
STAMPS:  Close to my Heart  Happy Birthday, Just Rite Stampers (inside)
OTHERS:  Multi-Crafts Imports Gems, unknown twine
