A Better Picture of What the COLOURS Are!
Since I wanted to do more cards this yea, a couple of days ago I decided to do this "Organization project", I have been using my stamps and ink pad more because of cardmaking which is good. It would be a waste to leave them inside the drawer. I have the stamping ink pad holder holding the ink pads and it is now on the scrapping table. While I worked on a card again, and again, I had to search for which shade of specific colour would be PERFECT for the specific card. So I decided to clear up my table and started cutting up the index cards into halves. Then the fun started.... I stamped a flower using EACH of the colours that I have!!! I also labelled them following their colour names which were identified by the Stampin' Up. I punched holes and installed a ring. There is my new COLOUR RECORD BOOK!

That is very impressive... I like your idea.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great tip Laureen. I too am in the process of trying to organize my scrapping area. I will most certainly use this idea or a version of it. I find yours would be so much easier than the big binder I started and more practical too to carry to the store and see which color/shades I am missing. Thanks.
